Solutions to the future working life

23.04.2018

The first regional seminar within RADICAL project was held on 18.4.2018 at the Turku Fair Center in Finland. Mr. Tero Reunanen, a leader in Education and Research in Industrial Management in Turku University of Applied Sciences (TUAS) gave a presentation about the ENGINE model, which is being developed during the RADICAL project, and the benefits it has to working life, students and education institutions. As promised in the event title “Recruit the best professionals for your company” (Kiinnitä paras osaaja yritykseesi), tackling the lack of skilled workforce was on focus, too.

The seminar attendees also attended a workshop titled “What are the benefits of the ENGINE model?” (Mitä ENGINE-mallilla saavutetaan?) processing the importance of the model. They also gave the project workers useful feedback and viewpoint that will be utilised at the developing process.

At the RADICAL project stand, many fair visitors were interested about the new way of studying and recruiting graduating students.
